Originally from Bacolod City, Philippines, I moved to the US in 2009 and lived in Southwest Florida for 4 years. I’m currently living in Los Angeles, California working as a Cardiac Surgery ICU nurse and living my day dream of traveling the world.
Whenever I’m traveling, I love learning about a country’s history and culture and meeting new people as well as learning a little bit of the language (and speaking it no matter how unsuccessful that may turn out). My favorite thing to do when traveling is trying the local food, wine and beer for the entire duration of my holiday which I believe is essential in truly experiencing a place… even just for a few days.
So far I have been to 24 countries and counting…
I have lived in the Philippines and the USA and I have visited Singapore, Malaysia, France, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Monaco, Italy, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, England and Mexico. In North America, I have visited Guam, New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Alabama, Washington D.C., Maryland, Illinois, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
My aim is simple… to write about these places I’ve visited so I can revisit these experiences myself and hopefully also to serve as a travel resource for those who like to plan their own trips like myself.
